Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using REVTHRUM, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Safety and permitted use

Configure REVTHRUM, select audio output, and adjust volume only while safely parked. Do not interact with the service while operating a moving vehicle. You are responsible for obeying traffic, noise, distracted-driving, and device-use laws. REVTHRUM is entertainment software, not a vehicle instrument or safety system.

How Drive Mode works

REVTHRUM estimates a virtual engine response from phone location and speed signals. It does not read or display the vehicle's actual speed, RPM, throttle, gear, or mechanical condition. GPS can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. The web app may pause when backgrounded or when the screen locks.

Subscriptions

The monthly plan is $5.99 per month and the annual plan is $50 per year, in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval until canceled. Cancel through the account billing portal before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access generally continues through the paid period. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, automate, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Intellectual property

REVTHRUM's software, interface, procedural sound models, branding, and content are licensed for personal use during an active entitlement and are not sold. Generic engine labels identify sound configurations and do not claim affiliation with any vehicle manufacturer.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. REVTHRUM may suspend access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVTHRUM is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, GPS accuracy, Bluetooth compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. REVTHRUM is not responsible for unsafe driving, traffic violations, hearing damage, vehicle-system behavior, or losses caused by ignoring safety instructions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
